This week’s Guest Mix features tarter born Emilio Tarter. He’s a Brazilian DJ with a passion for putting his home country on the map within the dance music industry. With early support from the likes of Richie Hawtin, tarter is showcasing to the world just what a monumental dance music powerhouse Brazil really is. His 6AM Guest Mix is a journey through his latest discoveries, featuring both some of the more melodic sides of techno as well as some of the harder sides of it.
With the purpose of always trying to do more for his local scene, tarter currently leads an online mentoring project that assists in the artistic development of many Brazilian DJs and producers. Driven by love – both to music and to his fiancee Nicole – the couple also founded Createch Records, a label that uses creativity and technology as a basis to make room for the mentoring students.
